Lower Group ASsistant
Bret Hitchcock is an educator, visual artist, and musician. His path as an educator started as a Lead Teaching Artist for the Lincoln Center Institute Program at the Julia Morgan Center for the Arts. This program provided art and performance education programs to enrich and supplement K-12 classrooms throughout the San Francisco Bay Area. Bret has been a substitute teacher at Walden for two years.
Outside of Walden, Bret is a stage manager for modern dance, writes + records experimental music, and has a daily art practice. Bret is a parent of two Walden alumni.
